Mark Andrews is an investor at heart. He’s deeply invested in his family, his community, and his business. Throughout his career, Mark has been investing in others.
Real estate has always been an influential piece of Mark’s career. His family was in the real estate business, and he quickly followed suit. After graduating from Penn State, Mark moved to North Carolina and, with others, started his own commercial real estate firm at the age of 24. Property Resources had 85 employees managing more than six million square feet of space across the Southeast US in less than a decade.
“We are a curious, driven, and dedicated team that truly enjoys working together.”
He sold the firm to CBRE, the largest commercial real estate firm in the world, in 1996. That same year, Mark founded TME Investments to pursue real estate acquisitions and development in the Raleigh area. Since then, TME has completed more than 30 real estate projects, including office, flex, warehouse, and multifamily properties with a value of more than $400,000,000.
Mark lives in Raleigh with his wife, Joanne. They have three children and one grandchild. Mark enjoys giving back to the community and mentoring young entrepreneurs. He is a regular guest lecturer at The University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Business School.
